Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please email us at allyson@levelupbranding.net to process a return or exchange WITHIN 7 DAYS of the item's arrival to you. We are happy to offer a refund (customer pays for return shipping), for all returned items received back by us. Items must be in new and unused condition.
*Please include original invoice. Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
